The Origin
POLO HILL began with Kenny — a visionary whose love for handbag craftsmanship was ignited in his high school years, working inside a local Malaysian factory and studying every stitch that passed through it.
His journey took him to Australia, where he worked in a restaurant by day and immersed himself in design and lifestyle culture by night, deepening his appreciation for elegance, restraint and the quiet authority of well-considered objects.
He then moved to Singapore to join the dynamic Asian fashion industry. When the 1997 Asian Financial Crisis closed his employer's doors, Kenny chose to see opportunity, not despair. Drawing on years of craft, he founded POLO HILL with a singular intent: to make quality handbags accessible to everyone, not only the few.
