By using www.polohill.me you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and refuse service at our discretion.

Accounts & profile data

When you create an account, we store your name, contact details, optional birth date and saved shipping addresses to make checkout and returns smoother. You can edit or remove any of this information at any time from your account page.

Self-service returns

Returns may be raised directly from your account. You must attach a photograph of the sealed return packaging and the return label — these are required for the request to be accepted. By submitting a return you confirm the photographs are truthful representations of the parcel you are sending, and you authorise us to share the request and attached photos with our fulfilment systems (including Shopify) for processing. Misleading submissions may result in the refund being declined and, where appropriate, the account being suspended.

Concierge

Our concierge can answer questions about your existing orders. Conversations may be logged to improve service quality.
