How to Raise a Return

Sign in to your account

Open your account page, locate the order and tap Raise return.

Tell us what happened

A short reason helps us improve. Choose the item, describe the issue, and note whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

Attach the evidence

Enter the courier's airway bill (AWB) number and attach two clear photos: the sealed return parcel and the label affixed to it.

04

Drop off & await refund

Post the parcel at your nearest courier. Once received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within five business days.

PackagingThe sealed parcel, showing the item is securely packed.
Return LabelCourier label affixed to the parcel, barcode visible.
AWB NumberTracking number issued by J&T, Pos Laju, DHL or similar.

All three protect you if the parcel is lost in transit.

A Note on Exceptions

Final-sale items, intimates, personalised pieces and gift cards fall outside this policy and cannot be returned. For anything unusual — a gift, a delayed parcel, a damaged arrival — write to info@polohill.me or ask our concierge.
