- What shoes are appropriate for a Malaysian office?
- Closed-toe flats, low block heels and loafers in black, nude or dark brown are safe in almost every KL office, including banks and law firms. Open-toe sandals are usually fine in creative and startup workplaces but not in client-facing corporate roles.
- Flats or block heels for standing all day?
- A 3–5 cm block heel is often more comfortable than a completely flat sole because it shifts weight off the heel pad, and the wide base keeps you stable. If you walk long distances between buildings, choose cushioned flats and keep heels at the desk.
- Which size should I order — UK or EU?
- We list both. Malaysian shoppers usually order EU 36–40 (UK 3–7). Measure your foot in centimetres in the evening, when feet are at their largest, and check it against our sizing guide before ordering.
- Will work shoes survive a monsoon walk to the car park?
