How the sale works
Three steps, no fine print games.
- 1. Fill your bag. Every in-stock piece qualifies — mix bags, shoes and small goods in one order.
- 2. Enter Q3FINALE. Paste it into the discount field at checkout; the 15% comes off your subtotal immediately.
- 3. Clear RM150 for free shipping. The threshold is checked after the discount, so the bag tells you exactly where you stand.

Sale questions
Answered plainly.
When does the POLO HILL Q3 Finale sale run?
24 – 30 September 2026, Malaysian time. The discount stops applying automatically at 11.59pm on the final day.
How do I use the discount code?
Add your pieces to the bag, then enter Q3FINALE in the discount field at checkout. The 15% comes off your order subtotal before shipping.
Is the sale on everything?
Yes — 15% applies storewide across handbags, backpacks, work shoes, loafers, wallets and sandals. Gift cards are excluded.
Can I stack the sale code with another voucher?
No. Shopify applies one discount code per order, so use whichever gives you the better saving.
Do sale orders still qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping applies on orders over RM150 after the discount is applied. The bag shows exactly how far you are from the threshold.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes — the standard 14-day return window applies to sale orders, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
